To become a successful designer that works in the corporate design world with a passion and connection for athletics, colors, and patterns. At the age of three I began to play soccer, at 8 played club soccer, then in high school was acknowledged as a captain, team MVP, and apart of the first team all league. I decided to continue my love of the sport and play Division 1 for the University of Illinois at Chicago. Unfortunately at the beginning of freshman year I got a serious concussion that lingered for over 1.5 years.
Since having to give up the sport I loved most, I started focusing on my design career more by attending Miami University. From there I have now turned all of my passion into my design work. My designs are approached with a driven athlete mindset, and I’ve been able to tie my passions of color, patterns, and design together. My goal is to be able to have others realize that colors and patterns are more than just that, they are feelings, they are lifestyles, they are memories, they are what we choose to describe ourselves; and that is what I hope to do with my work.
